Middle Tennessee's construction industry leaders are encouraged to attend this event to see how the skilled labor shortage in the region is being solved. Inside this Joint Employer Training Center, owned and operated by the Mid-South Training Trust Fund, professional carpenters from Nashville Local 223 and millwrights from Local 1554 of the Southeastern Carpeners Regional Council are learning exactly what contractors and developers are asking for on job sites.
